Business meeting:

  • Herald had hours at beginning of meeting.
  • Officer Reports
    • A&S (absent), was at another meeting working on Banner.
    • Deputy (absent), was at another meeting working on Banner.
  • Exchequer
    • bank has been selected (hudson valley federal credit union)
    • $606.17 requested to pay outstanding feastocrat invoice.
  • Chronicler
    • taking pics at events and practices.. working on compiling a shire journal.
  • Heraldry
    • held hours and providing consultation on members devices and submissions.
  • Seneschal
    • YMCA demo updated… received good feedback
      • They want more!!!
      • Want us to do a few demo at their summer camp (3 of the 5 camps)
    • Pushing individuals achievements…. self promotion of Amazing members in Shire.

    • No incidence or injuries… (2+ years going)
  • Youth Combat has stopped, recruiting for youth marshal.

    • now he is done with school is more available
